wppm outing!(26dec)

it seemed like so long ago. it wasnt like anything we usually did, not destinated at some shopping mall like bugis or something. it was at ecp:D

we had so much fun cycling. i think we cycled for like 10km:D hey not bad right. it was only my um, 2nd time on a bike. heehee. i was a horrible noob at first, kept stopping and screaming and waddling like a duck. and three of them had to usher me. but then it got better after that cos i told them to leave me in a lurch so i cycled and caught up:D i learnt how to NOT cycle successfully down a slope or else i would like commit self murder.

returned our bikes, then went to some hongkong restaurant for lunch, and settled money stuff for more than half an hour, lol. went for a mini picnic at the beach after that. not really a picnic cos we didnt eat, haha. just the normal talks that we have about anything, and everything. then we decided to go splash in the water. i didnt know loyee was afraid of crabs HAHA. played truth or dare which was quite.. anti climax and we started splashing water at each other. went up the rock cliff and took stupid photos LOL.

happy new year everyone!

its kinda stupid cos this post is dated yesterday, but apparently blogger decided to HATE me again so i couldnt access to blogger when i finished the post!!!

anyway, today was really interesting. choir the whole day. from 830 to 4. sec 1 orientation went quite okay. surprising that sop2 could pull it off cos there were only 4 people, compared to other sections that had 6-8. our fate:/ we blasted the hell outta our throats; leting charmaine rachel and i.

lunch was very rushed. swallowed a whole plate in less than 10 min i presume cos we were running late. and i felt like i had some indigestion, seriously. white horses and zima with ms lim and then went to some weird place with really good ambience at sixth avenue. wenjing had comm meeting so she didnt tag along):

havent really had a heart to heart talk for days; this seemed to be what we all needed. :D it was good. <3

2009's coming in like, 2 days. i dont feel quite prepared for sec 3. like what they say, teachers start the horror even on the first day of school. thats quite terrible, isnt it? there are so many things left to do; like i havent touched heymath though i printed it. anddd there are so much more. no, holidays cant end. they CANT end. no no. sometimes dipping oneself into self delusion is a good thing. for such stuff.

i wonder what 304 will be like. i barely know anyone, except for julie and beishi. and probably some others who i know by name. sec 3 will be a tedious but exciting year i guess, there's like OBS and loadsa projects and NYAA goodness. im going to do all those without losing a life:D

on a random note, i supposedly have a tennis date with my bro. no i dont kill people with balls loyee thats a horrible remark!!!D:

denzyl&daphne are probably going to tag along, i hope. if not it'll be with my fragile lil bro and me. that'll be pathetic. and then at night we'll have some countdown party at my house. its the same ol' thing every year, i wonder if it can be any different.

im starvingggg. i havent had dinner and its 930 already. workaholic parents. omg i should have gone home instead and SLEPT.

i remembered that the gathering was at jessie tan's house. okay this is crap.

shannon and jolene came to surprise me by coming into my house without my knowledge, but i was quite dizzy to be taken aback so i just smiled(: (ohman i suck)
OKAY anyway, so we lolled around in my house for awhile and watched jump in! and people started to force me to take panadol, which kinda made me feel better, i regret to say. im not a fan of panadols, they harm your liver!!!
then we took mrt to bukit batok followed by a bus. then when we arrived we watched audrey train in the gym (which is so cool i want a gym) and then food came, and people came.
but sadly all of us were inexperienced in bbqing personally by ourselves so kind souls helped us to start up the fire, etc etc(:
it was kinda cool seeing my dear classmates again, after so long. and its sad to know that i wont be able to attend such heartwarming gathering any soon. but of course, there were pleasant memories to keep! jianing is still as cuddly and hilarious as ever and she tried to squish my head with her thumb and index finger-.- nice try.
oh and i had this thorough poking crabsticks session with sticks:D at first shannon was my boss but my boss fired me. haaha kidding. i would have felt uneasy if i didnt poke all of them. so thats what i did, and then jolene fed me food (?!) and vanessa jianing junqi jolene lynn and i started crapping with songs. plenty of laughter + jokes included, i couldnt stop smiling(:

and then the 'inspirational' video of my sibs and i jumping around to some do re mi song got all of us to do the same thing. and i was like omgggg. but it was damn stupid cos jianing was SHRIEKING away, jolene was quite.. anti climax, rosanne was fine but i think she jumped too high, i was quite soft and insignificant because shannon is GROWING so much, and shannon, well, shes just so shrimp-like:D

okay you probably wont understand what im talking about.

haha overall it was quite fun and definitely evoked pleasant memories. i hitched a ride home from shannon together with jolene and junqi.

i cant get into time's unsteady momentum, sometimes it feels like decades but otherwise, like seconds. its so ironic, haha.

(omgggg im so angry with blogger i typed like 4 paragraphs TWICE and blogger just had to delete EVERYTHING away. ughhhhh.)

its incredulous mannn. the holidays are going to end in just, a pathetic week!!! i havent played/enjoyed enough yet): and i feel quite detached from the world, after like cooping at home desperately trying to catch up with sleepless nights/crazy jetlag after the trip (and its still in effect) so the holidays werent quite productive, hoho.

it seems like so much have happened, but taking a closer look at it, its actually not much-

ha, i feel so sorry for myself. my life seems such a bore compared to others.. whose holidays are full of exciting camps and i JUST had to miss choir campppp): how lucky.

anyway i better get on with it before i decide to reject blogger (maybe i should like switch to lj or xanga)

the flight to europe was soooo horrible. i couldnt blame my folks for getting stiff neck cos i couldnt like move my whole body so much for 12 hours. and its so irritating cos i was trying to watch a movie and helplessly struggling with the stupid earphones. like one side was working and the other always NOT. so i had to knock the wire into place and at times, actually MOST of the times i had to knock the earphones. so basically i was knocking around alot.
but i got quite impressed when i reached zurich, at least its something.. better. the 3 main places we went were switzerland, paris and london, plus a little bit of germany (blackforest?)

switzerland was colddddddddddddddd with temperature down to -10deg, it almost chipped my dad's ear off. we went to germany to see cuckoo clocks (?!) on the first day and experience the snow, like it was really cool cos when we were in the coach it was snowing too and we could see all the trees being drowned in snow(: yeah and most of the trip was spent in switzerland. food was eeks and switzerland was not really meant for shopping (except for watches!) but people who love scenaries cos switzerland is just.. beautiful(:

after the first five days or so, we headed to paris! something lame;

paris was... a huge disappointment i think. but it was really cos we didnt have enough time there. most of the time we were rushing from one place to another, stopping for photos only for like 3 min plus and then its off to the next destination. paris is used to be described as a fashion street right? but too bad all the clothes there are for winter): haha but we didnt miss the eiffel tower and paris disneyland! the eiffel tower was HUGEEE; we took a lift up there (there were 3 stories) and took loads of photos. actually we cant really see much since there was quite alot of mist. and then when we got down from eiffel tower towards our coach, suddenly this herd of.. media people came to us and asked for permission for us to be on tv. we were supposd to be yawning when the cameras were rolling. SO when the cameraman hit PLAY all of us seated in the coach started to YAWN LOUDLY :D but it all turned out to be real because its not that hard to yawn yeah? HAHA so we'll be on tv.. on french tv. so weird!

paris disneyland was awesome. it could have been more exciting if SOMEONE could ride on the roller coasters with meee. most of the rides were family ones, but it was still quite cool(: said hi to alot of babies there, and i conclude that BOYS are shy, while GIRLS are friendly! yeah man~

next stop was LONDON!:DLondon was freaking awesome man. Ever since I reached the train station I had a good feeling about this cool place. Mrt there is called TUBE.

“hey! Do you wanna ride on the tube today?”

LOL. Okay not funny.
we went to Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Bridge, Tower Bridge and some Tower Castle I think. Tower castle was so amazing, it left us all in awe. It is full of history, and the atmosphere was very.. morbid. Something like that. There is one tower called the “bloody tower”. It was damn spooky but I loved it:D
