had a blastttt these few days.

it was teacher's day celebration on friday, the last official day of term3(: quite a nice way to end the term.

firstly we had this huge junk feast, but it was too huge we could not swallow everything. so sorry to those who had leftovers.. well we only had partying time of only 30 minutes because we had to get ready for our performance (quite pathetic,yeah) but i think we really cherished that half an hour. rosanne and shan presented their ppt when wanglaoshi stepped in, and it cracked quite a lot of people up, haha. and then, yunge beishi jessie tee and xinyi presented a very touching poem to wanglaoshi, and it made her cry. haha its really amusing to see her cry; its only the SECOND time. we shall have a mass making-wls-cry session at the end of the year, haha.

oh and then we had to clean up in a really short time, but we failed (as usual) so we decided to head to the hall straightaway instead. there we gave out the last instructions and then sat in order at the sides of the hall. the performance didnt start immediately, but when it was really sudden before we went up, because most of us didnt grab that chance to hyperventilate before walking upstage. it was like, a moment ago we were sitting down and the next we were walking so i was kind of BLURR.

anyhow, really had a great time onstage, singing. not with choir but 205(: i guess this would be like one the last few times when we can do stuff together before separating.. we hadnt accomplished much this year.. so being able to get in for this performance really gave me a sense of accomplishment(: (at first i didnt expect us to even get into the first round, haha!) after days of struggling and screaming and singing and teaching and laughing and frowning and panicking (joyce you would know), we finally made it. haha even though we might not have sung that well yesterday (i dont really know cos i CANT hear anything!).. i think all of us really tried our best, and thats enough already.(: thank you all so much for everything! without you guys we wouldnt have made it! i feel so proud of you all(:

then all of us went to the 3rd level to watch the concert. it was good, especially the teacher's day award one. mr chia really has a flair for being an entertainer, haha. the whole celebration ended at 1045+, waited for jolene while shannon junqi and jianing dashed to chongfu and i was cleaning up the classroom.

then jolene and i went to amk hub for lunch and then rushed to jurong east to....

fuji i dont know what!

omg i feel so embarrassed now, someone enlighten me on what the ice skating rink is called><
heh? hahaha. it was SUPER DUPER FUNNN.

it was really really REALLY REALLY x1000000 cool. the first time i experienced GLIDING on ice. hahaha jianing too but since she knows how to rollerblade she was okay. and junqi learnt how to skate so much faster than me, so im really noob. i cant count how many times my butt silently shrieked when i smashed my poor butt on the ground, or screamed my lungs out when i lost balance, falling usually backwards. and omg i cant forget shannon and jolene screaming, "LEAN FORWARD LEAN FORWARD! DONT LEAN BACKWARD!" like omg it was so hilarious, i think i saw people pointing and mocking at me. heh? i really didnt dare to let go of those bars the first time i stepped onto the heavenly glimmering ice, but gradually did with shannon's jolene's jianing's and junqi's guide and "skated". sorry if my skating really seemed like walking, BUT I JUST COULDNT GET IT OKAY. i was super duperrrrrrrrrr frustrated with myself. but when i improved a tiny bit i was happy(:

i cant remember who said this but i think i really have a flair for geting up after falling, maybe because i fell TOO many times, haha. really should have taken pictures of that memorable 2 hours or so, but couldnt because i would have died. (oh and btw pictures on jianing's blog!) hahaha but anyway REALLY had great great greattttttttt fun. after what seemed like so long.

its the first time out of these few weeks when i really had fun.. being with great company and doing fun stuff really keeps my mind off worries and whatnots, so thank you guys for giving me such a worry-free and happy day!<3

OH AND I DONT GROPE PEOPLE/MOLEST PEOPLE when im "skating" okay!!! its just for.. er support? xD hahahaha. i dont. even though sometimes my accuracy is so good i just er grope some people's wrong.. you know. yeah. (: heeee.

SOOO sadly, we had to leave the rink at 4. we feasted on cup noodles before leaving, and before i stared at the rink sadly and waving goodbye to it with that 依依不舍feeling. ): ( no i didnt literally do that!)

and the next stop was.. NEOPRINTS + ARCADE!

that 10 minutes of groping and laughing and :O:O-ing was really indescribable. hahaha. then while jianing junqi and i decoratd the neos jolene and shannon went to play at the arcade. when we finishd, junqi jianing and i played the drums game. it was SO COOL. it was quite meaningless hitting some weird drumlike plastic plus rubber thing so hard but it was really retarded cos most of the time we drummed so unprofessionally, haha! then we challenged basketball with jolene and shannon. omg 3 against 2, and we shouldnt have been so 不自量力bcause we got TRASHED with a score of 38 - 250. LOL. wanted to play some ducky game but couldnt in the end.

went back to the neos shop again but hesitated awhile because we needed finance. so we roamed around and sat down in macs. jianing and junqi went to roam around somemore so shannon jolene and i talked while drinking. after a while shannon left, and the 4 of us went to feast on cheese fries. MY FAV.:D then left with jolene cos i needed to go home for dinner):

had a really really great day yesterday! moments like these are just plain wonderful(: sorry jer and cass & 601 for not being able to make it today..>< really hope to meet you guys up sooonn!

oh and sop2s we should really go to iceskate in the holidays(: guaranteed fun!

today had tuition then met my family at convention center for some pc show thing. on the way there experienced one of the few singaporean human traffic jams;
my maid and i were squashed from the mrt all the way to suntec city itself. on the way we had to walk down some staircase.

me: aiyo can walk here meh!(we were walking through the crowd going the opp direction)
maid: aiya dont care la nevermind la!
-walks in the crowd flowing against us-
some man: aiyo! why squeeze here! so squeezy already you know! walk the othre way la!

i was like LOL laughing and :$. strange encounter, heh?

anyway,there was nothing much that impressed in me in that exhibition thing.

the holidays will be hectic again, i guess. cant wait for monday!

ah kinda miss choir.. leting loyee wenjing.. feel kinda empty without you guys. ):

today so far has been quite an accomplishment. managed to finish work, a rare sight:D hahaha. still have LA speech and that olympics write up to go and im free!

anyway, has my style of writing really changed? maybe it could be because of the emptiness i was feeling yesterday. caused by the coffee! but one thing i realised was that my previous post was kind of detached, like too many things gushing in at one time. thats what happens when one doesnt update for a long long time, haha(:

like always, i dont know what tomorrow will bring. next week will be the last week of term 3.. and when term 4 starts it marks the beginning of revision already. 2008 is coming to an end, like how 2007 flew past so quickly i didnt seize the chance to remember all the events, whether significant or insignificant, because they all mark a difference(:

hopefully this year will end well, or rather this term will end well.

alot happened this term.. and really i learnt a lot, the most important learning point being the discovery of humour here and there in the malaises of school life, and just plainly life. life doesnt revolve around that particular thing youre worrying about, or that particular event that youre going through. theres much more to life, and i guess it's only right that we just open our eyes and hearts to step out of the boundary we are always in and.. experience a whole new different thing.

then, we'll realise that life isnt that bad after all.

its realy ironic, the way i see things. sometimes i overlook this fact but at other times i cant thank God enough for giving me this opportunity to be me(:

today was brilliant. spent the afternoon watching "it started with a kiss" with shannon and jolene. cant remember when was the last time since i spent time watching serials/dramas(: yay fun! we shall have more of this in future.


my blog's kinda dead now.. haha must have been my inconsistent updating.


this week we're kinda loaded with homework, but at least i finished my overdue ones(: nevermind, shall take a step at a time.

i think i stopped updating since last week. well i shall post stuff that i can remember! i think it was last week when we(lit circle grp) decided to go to jolene's house for project meeting. hahaha spent quite alot of time on admin stuff.. so in the end we had another meeting in junqi's house on saturday, and after a few touch-ups we finally COMPLETED the project on monday!!:D so its like a load off our minds.

the project meeting at junqi's house was quite satisfying. we finished our toy car and lit circle there(: then we feasted on KFC in front of the tv. really fun!

hmm, and then oh yes. i finally took my piano exam. it was supposedly last week but i missed it cos i was late and luckily i was rescheduled to wednesday. it was really stupid because i thought it was on tuesday and kept thinking that i would miss school on that day but oh my goodness its one day after. -.-!

so missed school on tuesday.. and after the exam on wednesday i went to school at 2, and shannon and jolene came over to do CME. so we happily took the bus home and even bought snacks. so by the time we finished eating and were still chatting, it was five. then suddenly my tuition teacher came and i was like. :O:O i totally forgot that i had tuition, haha. so i had to make them wait and do the cme reflections><>

it has been a very tiresome week. shall not elaborate, because i dont feel like it.

finally completed LA lit circle, all the recordings and such with an efficient time of an hour. love LA team<3 and for the daunting physics project.. we've finally completed the toy car, left with the report.

the weekend has been quite a big shock;

i wish this was a nightmare, nothing else.
